For this project we supplied a wide range of material for all parts of the assembly that was constructed. Grade 304 Stainless steel Cast 150# fittings, butt weld fittings, 3000# pressure fittings, pipe and flanges were all provided for this job. This assembly was built for use with major chemical technologies. This same technology the material was used to design is used by the US Department of Energy and the National Science Foundation.

The flanges production process includes selecting high-quality steel billet, cooling after forging, heating, molding, and methods like closed die forging, open die forging swage forging. Open die forging is a low-efficiency and heavy-workload method and Closed die forging is high-efficiency.
